I realized this week that I didn’t have any strawberry jam left, so naturally, I made some! I used the ‘less sugar’ pectin and I’m a huge fan of the results. You get more strawberry and less sugar flavor. It’s divine! I’ll never go back to the full sugar recipe.
17 full 1-cup containers, and one with about 1/3 cup in it. It’s my tester to make sure the jam sets up and tastes as good as it looks! They’ve got to set for 24 hours, and then into the freezer they go.
I love being a domestic diva. What can I say? I’m basically a single housewife!
